Sono rivolti a giovani ed adulti (che lavorano o intendono lavorare con giovani) e sono occasioni importanti di sviluppo personale, apprendimento, e possibilità di conoscere e stabilire relazioni con altri partecipanti da tutti Europa e creare propri progetti e partnership.

Il vitto e alloggio, e i costi del 70-80% del viaggio, sono offerti dalle Agenzie Nazionali organizzatrici.

Details MOVE was created to encourage youth to participate in volunteering in the way that best fits their situation, needs, interests, and talents, as well as to raise awareness of the opportunities that are available for volunteering through the Youth in Action programme. During MOVE participants will be provided with the space, tools, camaraderie and ideas needed to create their own projects and to exercise their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship for the benefit of their community. During the training course young people will be encouraged to reflect on what opportunities are available to them and create a plan (on their own or in collaboration with others) as to what kind of project they would like to begin or participate in after the training course is over. The training course will also cover topics essential to successful volunteering, such as teamwork, communication, project planning and implementation, crisis management, dealing with ambiguity and change, motivation, initiative and entrepreneurship. It will also create an awareness of volunteering as a personally and professionally enriching experience. They will also be given the opportunity during the training course to visit successful volunteer organizations in İstanbul to further develop their own ideas and projects. The target group for this training course is any young person who would like to participate in volunteering and needs support, inspiration, resources or ideas in order to get started and to use their full potential.

Costs Accommodation, food and 70% of travel costs will be funded by the Youth in Action 4.3 budget. Participants or their sending organizations should fund the remaining 30% of travel costs.

Organizer's profile/framework of activity AED has been working with international volunteering since it's establishment in 2006 and with European Voluntary Services since 2009. Seeing the impact that volunteering can have on the personal and professional development of youth as well as their communities is the motivation for organizing an international volunteering training.
