What is Transformational Leadership?
Transformational leadership creates sustainable solutions, and avoids solutions that only benefit some at the expense of others. A transformational leader is one who is able to connect with their true passion, intent and inner wisdom, in order to unlock their potential for the good of all.
Lucca Leadership helps leaders be aware of what is going on within them, their intent, their visions, their actions. Our programs help
you discover the skills and abilities required to deliver this leadership in practice.This autumn, from 24
th September till 1st October 2011 Lucca Leadership Macedonia would like to invite 24 young people coming from Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, United Kingdom, Italy and Netherlands to participate in the week long training course "Leadership through Service", taking place in the hotel "Solferino" in the beautiful Struga, on the coast of Ohrid lake, the most beautiful natural treasure of Macedonia.What is our goal?
To stimulate the European values by increasing the active participation of young people, strengthening the social bonds, fostering social cohesion by primarily working on the awareness and personal skills of young people.
This is achieved by encouraging them to implement social and community projects, thus promoting tolerance and contributing to a peaceful coexistence between different ethnic, religious and cultural groups.
This project aims to encourage young people to become actively involved in their communities and realize that they are able to influence and change the present situation of the European society which they are ultimately part of.
Who will be coaching?
The Course Director of LTS will be Ilana Wetzler/Lucca Leadership South Africa and "The Change" UK, with the assistance of Elena Gramatikovska/Lucca Leadership Macedonia and the mixed team of coaches from "The Change" UK, LL Netherlands and LL Macedonia.

Participants:
Lucca Leadership Macedonia invites 24 young people aged 18-30 coming from:
Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, United Kingdom, Italy and Netherlands
Costs:
No participation fee! Yeey!
The organizer provides:
100% of food and accommodation and 70% of travel expenses, hence you would need to cover only 30% of your travel expenses traveling the cheapest way possible.

I didn‟t really know what to expect of it and my thoughts went from it being a weekend full of lectures such as the ones we have at schools up to it being full of practical exercises involving body and mind. LLM Leadership in Action training turned out the be one of the best experience I have had so far. It was a mix of great interactive lectures and fun exercise and challenges for the participants. I found the techniques for better communication very useful in everyday life and I believe I have become a much better listener cause of it. My awareness of the environment, people and everyday needs became much greater. The training gave me skills I can and do use every day."
